Phrasing Legal provides solicitor-led legal support with an expanded focus on family, divorce and relationship matters, alongside workplace, property, dispute and motoring services. The site also provides clearly separated signposting and referral pathways where reserved or separately regulated work is required, including Home Office correspondence routing, direct ordinary document certification and separate authorised oath-service routing and a free immigration and asylum enquiry gateway. Phrasing Legal does not present those referral pathways as services supplied by an SRA-authorised law firm. The emphasis is on clarity: what we can do, what you remain responsible for, what it will cost and when another authorised provider is required.

Phrasing Legal is a trading name of Phrasing Ltd. Phrasing Ltd is not an SRA-authorised law firm. The business does not conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, undertake conveyancing or Land Registry work, prepare probate application papers, provide notarial services or administer oaths through Phrasing Ltd.
Immigration advice and immigration services, regulated claims-management activity and certain financial or consumer-credit activities are subject to separate regulatory regimes. Phrasing Ltd is not intended to register as an immigration-advice organisation and therefore limits immigration and asylum enquiries to general information, factual routing, signposting and authorised-provider referral. Substantive immigration advice and services are supplied only by a separately instructed appropriately authorised provider.
Where the service you need is outside our lawful scope, we will explain that and identify an appropriate regulated route rather than presenting an unreserved service as if it included formal representation.
Professional connections: the lead solicitor is currently listed by the SRA as working at two separate SRA-authorised firms which may, where suitable, be offered as optional referral routes. Each firm decides independently whether it can accept a matter and you remain free to choose another appropriately authorised provider.
